These past few weeks Arya has had hives. :( It was a bit scary at first and we weren't exactly sure what it was until we rushed him to the doctor and they told us it was nothing to really worry about. Well after 2 weeks it's still around but coming and going on it's own. We gave him Benedryl for 2 weeks and decided that now since it's only appearing a little bit not to give him any more. Luckily he's been ok. I really can't understand what caused this and how it happened we didn't try anything different and the doctor also said that sometimes the underlying cause can never be found. I'm just glad it's not all over his body anymore. It was scary.Other than that he's been doing good and learning new words. Today he said "Gol" or flower in English. Looking forward to more! I will post some more pictures later!
Arya starts his 14th month in Ramadan. Ali and I found the 14 hour fast with no food or water a bit challenging this year, but with the hunger we feel, inside our hearts is our thanks to God for all the gifts He has given us. I really don't know where we would be if God wasn't there to help us. Every time we fall, somehow there is a hand that picks us up. I truly believe that we are all put in this world for a reason. It is not a chance or an accident. We are here to find our way within ourselves and see if it leads to Him. Our journey here in this life is a short one. Hopefully we can make the best out of it for the one to come. May God answer all your prayers.
